Meet Anthony! In 2017 Anthony stepped up as the fabulous new owner of Flavr and has been rocking that role ever since! He has been hairdressing for over 20 years and loves everything about curls, pixie cuts and color! Outside of work, Anthony loves watching movies, spending time with his partner, obsessing over his 2 cavoodles and going out for Sunday brunch.

  • How long have you been hairdressing for?

    Over 20 years now. (really? That long? haha)

  • What are your favourite things to do at Flavr?

    CURLY HAIR!!! I love everything about curls – the volume, the texture,the shape ❤ If you have curly hair I’m your guy! I'm obsessed with balayage freehand hair painting. I also love doing ladies and mens short hair cuts – it’s definitely a specialty of mine. And you can’t forget the fun quirky side of hair – the bright colours, pastels, vivid/fashion colours.

  • What do you think your clients think about you?

    I like to think my clients feel safe when they sit down in my chair. I really take the time to understand what you want and what your hair needs and I truly work to the best of my ability to achieve exactly that. I’m honestly not happy until my clients are happy – and I think that my clients really appreciate that.

  • What is something unique that you bring to Flavr?

    I like to have a laugh and have been known to tell the odd dad joke here and there. Although sometimes I wonder if that’s a positive or negative personality trait?

  • What do you love aside from hair dressing?

    I’m definitely a homebody. I love movies, books and hanging with my dogs, partner and friends. I have 2 cavoodle dogs which I love like they’re my children. Seriously if you ask after the dogs be prepared for me not to shut up haha. I also LOVE brunch – so if you have recommendations for café’s, hit me up 😊

  • And most importantly – why do you love Flavr?

    I love that we are a family and how the team and I all work together. I love that it is a collaborative effort with every client. The whole team is invested in every client and wants to see them at their most stunning.

    Well I am the owner of Flavr now so I think that is pretty unique! Moving from a hair stylist at Flavr to the owner of Flavr has been the craziest experience – and I am so grateful I get to call this place my own.
